RESOLUTION
ROOT GRAFT
WHEREAS,

CITY OF LINO LAKES
Resolution No. 74 - 88
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK - TREASURER TO CERTIFY DELINQUENT
BILLS FOR COLLECTION WITH THE 1989 PROPERTY TAXES.
pursuant to City Code Chapter 902.05, the City Clerk -
Treasurer has prepared a list of residents who have del-
inquent Root Graft bills to be certified to the Anoka
County Auditor for collection with the 1988 property
tax statements collectable in 1989, and
notice of impending action was prepared on September 26,
1988 to be delivered to the residents,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka
County, Minnesota hereby does levy the following sums
of money collectable in the year 1989 upon the taxable
property in said City of Lino Lakes:

SUBJECT: Delinquent Root Graft Bills - Certification to Anoka County
Auditor
Dear Resident;
Earlier this year you were sent notices that you have delinquent Root
Graft charges. We asked you to make arrangements to pay these charges
to this office.
Since payment or arrangements have not been made to date, your account
will be given to the County Auditor for collection on your property tax
statement in 1989.
If you have further questions regarding your Root Graft charges or wish
to make payment prior to October 10, 1988, please call me at 464 -5562.

SUBJECT: Delinquent Root Graft Bills
Attached you will find Resolution No. 74 - 88 certifying certain
delinquent Root Graft bills to the County Auditor for spreading out
over the 1989 property taxes.
I have notified each owner of this passible action several times. The
latest notification was in August, 1988. I will also send them a cert-
ified letter on Tuesday, September 27, 1988 telling them of the Council
action. I will not certify them for collection by the County Auditor
if I receive payment before October 10, 1988.
