RESOLUTION NO. 80 - 88
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 31 - 88 ADOPTING COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL
SEWER USER FEES
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 31 - 88 adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council
on June 13, 1988 set water and sewer user fees for resident-
ial users, and
WHEREAS, Commercial sewer user fees were not established at that time,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
Effective January 1, 1989 the sewer user fee for commercial and indust-
rial users shall be as follows:
1. Sewer Users Fee - $1.70 per thousand gallons of water
2. Minimum Rate - $36.00 per quarter
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of October, 1988.
