CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION 83 -88
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has appl led to the Commissioner of
Transportation for a grant from the Minnesota State Transportation Fund for
the reconstruction of City Bridge NO. L -81 58 over Hardwood Creek, and;
WHEREAS, the appl ication for the grant has been approved by the Minnesota
Department of Transportation in a letter dated May 3, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the amount of the grant has been determined to be $70,247.12, by
reason of the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Lino Lakes does hereby
affirm that any cost of the bridge in excess of the grant w i I I be appropriated
from funds available to the City of Lino Lakes, and that any grant monies
appropriated for the bridge but not required, based on the final estimate.
shall be returned to the Minnesota State Transportation Fund.
