CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 88
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER AND MUNICIPAL WATER IN A
PORTION OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT, ABUTTING
2ND AVENUE AND ACROSS THE PROPERTY OF CERTAIN RESIDENTS
ALONG RUSTIC LANE
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the
twenty fifth day of August, 1988 fixed a date for
a Council hearing on the proposed installation of
sanitary sewer and municipal water beginning at
Lake Drive and crossing Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5,
Block 10, Lexington Park Lakeview and ending at
the Minnesota Correctional Facility according to
the attached map.
AND WHEREAS, published and mailed notice of the hearing as
required by the Lino Lakes City Charter was given
and a hearing was held thereon on the twenty sixth
day of September, 1988, at which all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to
be heard thereon.
AND WHEREAS, a period of sixty (60) days has elapsed after
the public hearing.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted the twenty sixth day of
September, 1988.
2. Ronald Stahlberg of Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and
Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for
this improvement. They shall prepare plans and speci-
fications for the making of such improvement.
