HomeMy WebLinkAbout1988-087 Council ResolutionCITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 87 - 88 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT OF RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES SOUTH, THIRD ADDITION WHEREAS: Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on November 14, 1988, a report has been prepared by Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates with reference to the improvement of Reshanau Lake Estates South, Third Addition, and this report was received by the Council on December 27, 1988. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such subdivision in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefiting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $671,917.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the twenty third day of January, 1989 in the Council chambers of the city hall at 7:45 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. Adopted by the Council this twenty seventh day of December, 1988. yn G. nderson, Clerk- Treasurer CITY OF LINO LAKES NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT OF RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES SOUTH, III PHASE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes will meet in the Council chambers of the city hall at 7:45 P.M. on January 23, 1989, to consider the making of an improvement on the proposed subdivision of Reshanau Lake Estates South, III Phase, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the property within the subdivision of Reshanau Lake Estates South, III Phase. The estimated cost of such improvement is $671,917.00.
