RESOLUTION NO. 91 - 88
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CLOSE THE 1980 BOND FUND TO THE CLOSED
BOND FUND
WHEREAS: There exists a balance of $74,833.00 in the 1980 Bond Fund
(Fund No. 504 - 505), and
WHEREAS: The 1980 Bonds have been completely retired,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
That the balance of $74,833.00 in the 1980 Bond Fund be trans-
ferred to the Closed Bond Fund and the City Clerk be authorized
to close the 1980 Bond Fund.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of December, 1988.
