CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 88
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CLOSE THE NORTH ROAD CONSTRUCTION FUND
TO THE TEMPORARY BOND FUND OF 1987
WHEREAS: There exists a balance of $947.11 in the North Road Construction
Fund (550- 49000 -06), and
WHEREAS: The construction of the sanitary sewer, municipal water utilities
and the upgrading of North Road is complete and all bills relating
to the construction have been paid,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
That the balance of $947.11 be transferred to the Temporary Bond
Fund of 1987 (513) for the reduction of the bond debt service and
the City Clerk be authorized to close the North Road Construction
Fund.
