CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 88
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CLOSE THE DEER PASS TRAIL FUND DEFICIT
BALANCE INTO THE CLOSED BOND FUND
WHEREAS: There exists a deficit balance of $1,871.86 in the Deer Pass Trail
Construction Fund (550- 49000 -12),
WHEREAS: This construction project has been completed and all bills re-
lating to the construction have been paid, and
WHEREAS: It appears that there was not enough money bonded to cover the
costs of all construction,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
That the balance of $1,871.86 be transferred from the Closed Bond
Fund to the Deer Pass Trail Construction Fund and the City Clerk
be authorized to close the Deer Pass Trail Construction Fund.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of December, 1988.
