CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 88
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM CERTAIN IMPROVEMENT
PROJECTS FOR ADMINISTRATION FEES
WHEREAS, a schedule of Administration Fees for improvement projects was
approved by the Lino Lakes City Council, and
WHEREAS, four improvement projects have been approved by the Lino Lakes
City Council and they include the Main Street Improvement Project,
the Ash Street Improvment Project, Erickson's 2nd Addition, Phase
II and Reshanau Lake Estates South, Phase II,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the Lino Lakes City Council hereby authorizes the City
Clerk to transfer $2,480.00 from the Main Street Improvement
Construction Fund to the General Fund to cover administrative
costs of the project.
2. That the Lino Lakes City Council hereby authorizes the City
Clerk to transfer $1,950.00 from the Ash Street Construction
Fund to the General Fund to cover administrative costs of the
project.
3. That the Lino Lakes City Council hereby authorizes the City
Clerk to transfer $5,960.00 from the Erickson's 2nd Addition
Phase 11 Construction Fund to the General Fund to cover admin-
istrative costs of the project.
4. That the Lino Lakes City Council hereby authorizes the City
Clerk to transfer $5,132.00 from the Reshanau Lake Estates
South, Phase II Construction Fund to the General Fund to cover
the administrative costs of the project.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of December, 1988.
