CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 04-16
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR RAVENS HOLLOW
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and
WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the rezoning of the site with Ordinance No. 17 -03 on
September 8, 2003, and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat and the allocation of MUSA
reserve for Ravens Hollow with Resolution 03 -134 on August 25, 2003, and
WHEREAS, the final plat for Ravens Hollow received by the City January 9, 2004 is consistent
with the preliminary plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the final plat for Ravens Hollow.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that signs shall be placed at the stubbed ends of Ravens Court
and Oak Hollow Lane indicating that these streets will be extended in the future.
