RESOLUTION NO. 04-63
RENEWAL APPLICATION TO PERMIT GAMBLING AT MILLERS ON MAIN
FOR THE CENTENNIAL FIREFIGHTERS RELIEF ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS,

WHEREAS,
the City Council of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled meeting
Of May10, 2004; and
the Lino Lakes City Council discussed the Lawful Gambling of the
Centennial Firefighters Relief Association to conduct gambling at 8001
Lake Drive, Lino Lakes; and
the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an investigation of the Centennial
Firefighters Relief Association; and
the Centennial Firefighters Relief Association is in compliance with City
Ordinance; and
the Centennial Firefighters Relief Association appears to take into
Consideration the best interests of the City of Lino Lakes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LINO LAKES hereby approves the charitable gambling activity of pull
tabs by the Centennial Firefighters Relief Association at 8001 Lake Drive, Lino
Lakes.
Approved by the Lino Lakes City Council on the 10th day of May, 2004.
