RESOLUTION NO. 04 -76
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING
2004 FARMLAND LEASE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes owns approximately 50 acres of tillable property
at the southeast corner of Centerville Road and Birch Street; and
WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes has decided to lease the land for farming
through December 31, 2004; and
WHEREAS, Bids were opened at 12:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on May 27,
2004; and
WHEREAS, Two bids were received; and
• WHEREAS, The City Attorney has reviewed the submitted bids and recommends
that Andrew Cardinal be awarded the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby
directs staff to finalize the Farmland Lease Agreement, and authorizes the City Clerk and
mayor to sign the lease for execution.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of May, 2004.
