CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 04 -129
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
Be it resolved that the City of Lino Lakes enter into a Joint Powers Agreement with the
Centennial School District #12 for the Youth Resource Officer program at Centennial Middle
School for school year 2004/05.
I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes on
September 13, 2004.

The Lino Lakes Police Department and the Centennial School

Joint Powers Agreement is attached.

2. Return to staff for further review and consideration.
