RESOLUTION NO. 04-143
RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING THE DATE FOR THE 11 OCTOBER 2004
COUNCIL MEETING
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
the Annual League of Minnesota Cities Conference is scheduled to take
place from 10 -12 October 2004 in Duluth, and
a majority of the city council will be attending this conference, and
the council's regularly scheduled first meeting in October is scheduled to
take place on 11 October,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
Minnesota, that:
The city council's first meeting in October be rescheduled from 11 October 2004 at
6:30 p.m., to 12 October, 2004 at 6:30 p.m.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27nd day of September, 2004.

Resolution 04 -143 Changing the Date of the 11 October
2004 Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting.
VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority
AKGRO
The Lino Lakes City Council is scheduled to meet in a regular session 11 October 2004 at
6:30 p.m. Due to this year's League of Minnesota Cities Conference, which is scheduled
for 10 -12 October 2004, a majority of the city council will be attending the conference in
Duluth and therefore unavailable for the council meeting.
It is staff s recommendation that the 11 October 2004 council meeting be rescheduled for
12 October 2004. The 6:30 p.m. starting time would be unchanged.
1. Adopt Resolution 04 -143.
2. Approve alternate dates.
