RESOLUTION NO. 04-162
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
SPEISER ACRES
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and
WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City
ordinances, and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Speiser Acres was approved with Resolution 04 -140
by the City Council on September 27th, 2004 with conditions, and
WHEREAS, the final plat for Speiser Acres complies with City requirements and the
conditions of Resolution 04 -140 have been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Speiser Acres.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of October, 2004.
