RESOLUTION NO. 04-195
RESOLUTION APPROVING A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE
CITY OF ROSEVILLE FOR AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS, Lino Lakes staff has identified the need for information technology
expertise in maintaining the city's computer networks; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that out - sourcing for this expertise is the
most efficient and cost - effective way of meeting this need; and
WHEREAS, Lino Lakes staff has met with the City of Roseville and negotiated a
joint powers agreement to enter into a partnership to provide information services
to the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. That a joint powers agreement for an information technology partnership
between the City of Lino Lakes and the City of Roseville is hereby
approved (Exhibit 1 attached).
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of December, 2004.
