SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 27, 1988
A special meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called
to order by Mayor Benson at 6:03 P.M., April 27, 1988.
Council Members present: Bisel, Bohjanen, Reinert. Council
Members absent: none. Clerk - Treasurer Marilyn Anderson was
also present.
Mayor Benson explained the purpose of the meeting was to
canvass the Special Election held on Tuesday, April 26,
1988.
Mrs. Anderson gave the Council a prepared Municipal Canvas
Board Report. She explained the election did run smoothly
and the turn out was very low, about 14%.

SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 27, 1988
We the legally constituted Municipal Canvassing Board
certify that we have herein specified the names of the
persons receiving votes and the number of votes received by
them within the Municipality at the Special Election held
April 26, 1988, as appears by the returns by said election
in the two (2) precincts in Lino Lakes duly returned to,
filed, opened and canvassed and now remaining on file in the
office of the Municipal Clerk witness our official
signatures at Lino Lakes, Anoka County, this 27th day of
988.

Mr. Reinert moved to accept the Municipal Canvass Board
Report as presented. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. Motion
carried unanimously.
Mr. Bisel moved to adjourn at 6:06 P.M. Mr. Bohjanen
seconded the motion. Aye.
These minutes were considered and approved at a regular
council meeting on May 9th 1988.
