TIME ENDED 6:32 P.M. MEMBERS PRESENT: Bisel, Bohjanen, Neal, Reinert MEMBERS ABSENT : Kuether Staff Members present: City Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk - Treasurer Marilyn Anderson. Mayor Bisel explained that the purpose of the special meeting is for the Council to meet as the Municipal Canvass Board to certify the municipal election held November 5, 1991. Mrs. Anderson presented a written Municipal Canvass Board report to the Council. She reported that the election was conducted without any problems or concerns. The voter turnout was about 24% which is much lower that the previous municipal election. Council Member Bohjanen moved to accept the Municipal Canvass Board report. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. VOTING ON THE MOTION: Bisel Bohjanen © Kuether ❑ Neal © Reinert Abstained: none. Motion carried. Council Member Kuether was absent. The Municipal Canvass Board report is attached to these minutes. Council Member Bohjanen moved to adjourn at 6:32 P.M. Council Member Reinert seconded the motion. Aye. These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council held on November 25, 1991.
