The Board of Review Meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. on Thursday,
May 1, 1975 by Mayor Bohjanen. Councilmen present: Jaworski, Marier,
McLean. Absent: Zelinka. Mr. Leone, from the Anoka County Assessor's
office was also present. Mr. Kelling, Deputy Assessor and Mrs. Sarner,
Assessor were also present.
Mr. Antoinozzi, Plat 82906; Parcel 2570 questioned the land values on
his assessment. After consulting the aerial maps, the breakdown was
changed to 3 Acres tillable; Z acre swamp and 9 acres sub - marginal. This
would change the land value from $8155.00 to $4750.00. Mr. Marier so
moved. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carried.
There was several other people with questions which were answered. Some
of the corrections had already been made by the Assessor and letters
of correction mailed to the property owners.
Mr. Marier moved to adjourn the Board of Review Hearing at 8:30 P.M.
Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried.
