CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 03 -14
RESOLUTION APPROVING RESIDENTIAL LICENSE FOR WALTERS RECYCLING
& REFUSE, INC., TO OPERATE IN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES
WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes Solid Waste Collection Ordinance No. 507.04,
Subdivision 1A Regulates Residential Solid Waste Collection Licenses;
AND WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes Solid Waste Ordinance allows for five Residential
Licenses, or may limit the number of licenses through attrition to four licenses;
AND WHEREAS, The City currently has less than four Residential Solid Waste
Licensed Companies;
AND WHEREAS, Walters Recycling & Refuse, Inc. has submitted application to
operate in the City of Lino Lakes;
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. Approves The License Application of Walters Recycling & Refuse, Inc.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 29th day of January 2003.
