The special meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to orde at 7:35 P.M. on Nov-
ember 9, 1977 by Acting Mayor Karth. Council members present: McLean, Schneider, Zelinka.
Absent: Mayor Bohjanen.
The purpose of this meeting is to canvass the ballots and certify the results of the City
Election held on November 8, 1977.
The Clerk reported the voting as follows:
For Office of Mayor:
Harvey Karth 242 votes
HenryRosengren 18 votes
Bill Bohjanen 7 votes
Jerry Hanson 1 vote
Glenn Rehbein 1 vote
George Tauer 1 vote
Don Marier 3 votes
Bob Schneider 2 votes
C. N. Cheesebrough 1 vote
Spoiled ballots 2
Blank ballots 10
Total votes 288
For Office of Council Member:
John McLean 204 votes
Richard Kulascewicz 176 votes
Ronald Jaworski 148 votes
Richard Carlson 1 vote
Mr. Zelinka moved to certify the voting as listed and declared Mr. Harvey Karth as Mayor
and Mr. John McLean and Mr. Richard Kulasceqicz elected to the Council. Seconded by Mr.
Schneider. Motion carried unanimously.
Mr. Schneider moved to adjourn the special meeting at 7:45 P.M. Seconded by Mr. McLean.
Motion carried unanimously.
