Council Member Carlson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 01-01
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
HIGHLAND MEADOWS WEST 2 " ADDITION
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and
WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City
ordinances, and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat was approved by the City Council on December 11,
2000, and
WHEREAS, the final plat for Highland Meadows West 2 "d Addition received by the City
complies with City requirements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Highland Meadows West 2 "d Addition.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of January, 2001.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Council Member Dahl and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: ALL
The following voted against same: NONE
• Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
