Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 01-14
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION OF OUTLOT B, RESHANAU
PARK ESTATES, 2ND ADDITION TO PROVIDE FOR A PUBLIC TRAIL
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has determined it is in the public interest to provide a public
trail corridor to connect Black Duck Drive to the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park
Reserve, and
WHEREAS, the City and the owner of Outlot B, Reshanau Park Estates 2nd Addition have
agreed on terms for the City's acquisition of land for part of the public trail corridor, and
WHEREAS, the land for the trail corridor is described on the attached legal description and
survey
(see attached),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves the minor
subdivision of Outlot B, Reshanau Park Estates 2nd Addition as described.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council 22nd day of January, 2001

Council Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof:

Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
