TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, James Bard, 6007 Hodgson Road, has complied with all of the provisions
of Ordinance No. 01 -89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license
for a profit organization:
NOW, THERFORE, by order of the Lino Lakes City Council, and by virtue thereof, the
said James Bard at 6007 Hodgson Road is hereby authorized to solicit for his own
organization for a period of six (6) months starting February 1, 2001 and ending August
1, 2001 and subject to all conditions and provisions of said ordinance.
GIVEN UNDER MY HAND and the corporate seal of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th
