CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 01 -29
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 10 (FINAL) FOR THE OTTER LAKE
ROAD REALIGNMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the construction of the Otter Lake Road Realignment Project has
been completed by Arnt Construction Co., Inc., and;
WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the final
payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. Payment Number 10 (final) in the amount of $38,377.33 is approved for a
total contract amount of $1,535,352.35.
Adopted by the City Council this 26th day February, 2001

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Council Member Reinert and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: O'Donnell, Reinert, Carlson, Dahl
Absent - Bergeson
The following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
