CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 01-38
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE AND BUILDING PLAN FOR SUMMIT
FIRE PROTECTION
WHEREAS, Summit Fire Protection and Ryan Companies submitted an application for a
site and building plan, and
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board reviewed the project on February
13, 2001, and recommended approval with conditions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino Lakes City Council approves the site
and building plan as described in the staff report for the March 12, 2001 meeting of the
City Council, with the following conditions:
