The special meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council held on November 4, 1970,
for the purpose of canvassing the results of the November 3, 1970, general
election was called to order at 7:45 p.m. by Mayor L'Allier with Trustees
Cardinal, Rosengren and Bohjanen present; Trustee Jeworski absent.
The Clerk read the results of the State pink and white ballots as follows:

The Clerk reported that absentee ballots had been recei *ed as follows:
For the State white and pink ballots - -6
For the County yellow ballot - -6
For the Village 'green ballot - -2
For the Hospital bond ballot - -2. There was some discussion.
Mr. Rosengren moved to certify the returns as reported. Seconded by Mr.
Cardinal. Carried unanimously.
Mr. L'Allier reminded the members that the bud-e had not been ratified at
the Council meeting; on October 26th and asked if they -ished to take action
at this time. Mr. Cardinal mo--ed to approve the bud^et (as it had been
determined Sent: 24th without, the se-er assessment). Seconded by Mr.
Rosencren, Vote: Mr. Cardinal- -yes; Mr. Rosen -ren- -yes; Mr. Bohjanen--no;
Mr, L'Allier- -yes. Motion carried,
