Motion by Kelling, second by Heckenliable, that council give preliminary approval
to Rehbein Plat. All voted in favor.
Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliable, to pay bill's. All voted in favor.
Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, meeting be adjourned. All in favor.

Special Meeting of Council of Lino Lakes on Feb. 6, 1963
Members present as follows: Mayor Kelling; Trustee's Backlin, Heckenliable and
Speiser, Clerk Hauer.
Motion by Kelling, second by Heckenliable, that the councilman in charge of Plan-
ning and Zoning be empowered to invite the Planning and Zoning Commission to any
meeting held relating to Village planning. All in favor.
Motion by Kelling, second by Speiser, Planning and Zoning member maybe paid mile-
age for travel outside village of Lino Lakes, when on planning business. All in
favor.
Mr. Backlin discussed the idea of widening thorough -fere streets from the present
66' to 100'. He believes it wise to develope a thorough -fare plan under Minnesota
Statue #471. Also a disscussion on access to main thorough -fare. No action was
taken.
Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, Heckenliable moved tatttlie council's
feeling's at this time( ,'the streets in the Rehbein Plat be constructed in stages
by the village and paid for by special assessments levied against property benefited.
Mary Rehbein appeared before council and indicated he did not wish to change his
request on rezoning to a special permit.
Motion by Kelling, second by Heckenliable, that the second draft of Subdivision
Regulations for Development of District I ?o. 2 be referred to the Attorney and En-
gineer for their findings. All in favor.
Motion by Kelling, second by Heckenliable, Council accept second draft of Subdivision
Regulations for Development District No.2.. Lino Lakes will continue to develope
a code in accordance there with, but suitable to Village needs. All voted in favor.
Motion by Heckenliable, second by Backlin, Council approves estimated cost budget
for development of District No.2. as presented by Planning and Zoning Board. All
voted in favor.
Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenliable, meeting be adjourned.

Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on February 11, 1963
Members present as follows; Mayor Kelling; Trustee's Backlin, Heckenliable, and
Speiser; Clerk Hauer.
The minutes of the preceding meeting were reed and on motion by Backlin, second
by Speiser, they be accepted as read. All voted in favor. Minutes of the Special
Meeting were reed., and on motion by Speiser,second by Backlin, they be accepted. Carried
Motion by Kelling, second. by Heckenliable, the letter received from Al Keral k /po 5.5
about the joint village park of Lino Lakes and Centerville be turned over to Mr.
heckenliable and the Planning and Zoning Commission. All voted in favor.
Motion by Kelling, second. by Backlin, that attorney Babcock, will have several
copies of Ordinance #30 printed. They will be placed in the office of the Clerk
available to anyone who needs them. All voted in favor.
Motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, that dog license are available and a notice
should be published in the village neespaper. All voted in favor.
Mr. Speiser, reported that the skating rinks were flooded again, and the lights
were all okay. He suggested that insurance should be obtained for the park
building and that no more work will be done on it until the frost is out. He
also suggested that plans be made on opening bids for park work in the spring.
Attorney Babcock is to check on this.
Mr. Heckenliable, requested Council permission to attend the Third Annual State-
Wide Community Planning Conference held on March 11, 1963, and also to invite a
member of the Planning Board to accompany him.
