The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, they be accepted as read. All voted in favor. Jerome Hauer, Clerk, reported that Harry Proulx, withdrew his resignation after con- sulting with the Mayor. Motion by Heckenliable, second by Backlin, we accept the withdrawal of the "On Sale" liquor license of Everett Pearson. All voted in favor. No action taken on "Off Sale" license until building is completed. Jerome Hauer, Clerk, read into the minutes official acceptanceof the bond issue fvr park bonds previously approved. Motion by Backlin, second by Telling, to have Glen Rehbein, Pillage Engineer, Trustee Backlin and developer Ten Rehbein check on the proposed streets in Twilight Acres. All voted in favor. Mr. Backlin, reported on sprayer's for weeds, andcutting of grass in Pillage. Also checked on various roads. The installation of the rotary mowers is almost ready. Motion by Telling, second by Backlin, to advertise in the paper for part time help for village equipment. All voted in favor. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, that $2.00 per hour be paid for tractor driver. All voted in favor. 9 Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenliable, Engineer to get an estimated cost of drainage and repair of streets in Lakeveiw Additions. All voted in favor. Engineer, reported on the streets in Lakeveiw Addition the cost for oiling would be $4,608.00 Mayor Telling, reported theat he had contacted the County Sheriff's office about a meet- ing proposed by the Sheriff and suggested council agree on a date for the meeting. Also that the Lakeveiw Addition improvement bonds be paid before July lst. Mr. Speiser, reported that grading of Tillage Parks has started and would be completed in about 3 weeks. The contra.ctsrwould charge by the hour to bury stumps in park. Also that he gave permission to Mrs. Billik to tear down and burn the old garage on the property. Mr. Heckenliable , reported the hearing for Le Roy Ireck be held on June 10, 1963. Elmer Crohn, presented the council with maps of proposed development School Addition. Motion by Telling, second by Heckenliable, that maps be turned over to council members for further study. All voted in favor. Larry Brown, reported on junk yard on the Zelinka property, and asked about rezonning the property. Motion by Telling, second by Speiser, that Glen Rehbein, of the Planning Board, and Mr. Heckenliable of the Council, assibb the building inspector in checking on buildingd being moved into the Tillage. All voted in favor. Motion by Telling, second by Heckenliable, the village engineer draw up specie for Ten Rehbein. All voted in favor. Motion by ! eckenliable, second by Speiser, that the "Off Sale" liquor license for Louis LeTendre be reveiwed. Motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, to grant, LeRoy Wreck, a Special Use Permit for riding stable. All voted in favor. Motion by gelling, second by Speiser, to grant Special Use Permit, to LeRoy Ireck, for trailer house. All voted in favor. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, that we tentaviley approve the Elmer Grohn and Rodger Rugrodden Platt except for the 3 dead end streets. All vote& in favor. Motion by Yelling, second by Speiser, that J & L Steno Service would print 100 copies of Ordinance #32. All voted in favor. Mr. Backlin, reported, on streets in Lakeveiw Addition. Motion by Backlin, second by Yelling, that Pillage Rank Engineer and Mr. Backlin, check on these Streets for fill and drainage. All voted in favor. 1 1 Mr. Speiser, reported that the grading of village Park wasn't completed, but should be done in about one week, then it will be seeded.
