Clerk Minutes approved August 26,1963 III Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on August 27, 1963 Members present as follows: Mayor /elling; Trustee's Eacklin, Speiser, Heckenliable. The minutes of the preceding meetin were read and on motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, they be accepted as read. All voted in favor. Applications for cigareete license was received from Russell Warren, on motion by heckenliable, second by Speiser, it be granted. Carried. Motion by gelling, second by Speiser, to renew fire Contract with Centerville. Carried. Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenliable, to award the contra.dt for road work to Ray Sina. Carried. Motion by gelling, second by Backlin, Contractor was authorized to work out a compre- hensive program for roads in conjunction with the Tillage Treasurere. Carried. Mr. Backlin, also reported the weeds in the Lakewiew area were cut and had Engineer Carley read his recommendations for street work in Lakeview. The applications for a Special Use Permits for Joseph and Sally Michaud and E. R. Henriksen were refferred to the Planning and Zonning Commission and hearings were set for Sppt.9, 1963, at 7:30 by the Planning Board, and 8:30 by the Council. Motioh by Yelling, second by M eckenliable, the building inspectors were directed to restrict unplatted construction. Carried. 1 1 29 Motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, to finish warming house. Carried. Motion by telling, second by Backlin, that the Tillage offer its thanks to Ienneth Rehbein who donated $100.00 to Wyoming Cement Co. Carried. A check was received for $180.00 for the Village's share of rental property revenues for state owned land in Lino. Ten Dollars ($10.00) was received from Russell Warren for a Special Use Permit. A rd'quest was received from Ed Husnik for Tillage maintenance of a road off Highway 8 to his property. Attorney recommended that he procure affidavits stating that the road had been maintained for 6 consecutive years by the Township.
