Minutes of the preceding meeting were reed and on motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, they be accepted as read. Carried. Mr. Backlin, reports most of the snow fence has been installed and some turn-oikin; has been done. He also reported on the distance between Hank Rosengren's business and the school (building to building 1005 ft). Motion by Yelling, second by Macklin, Liquor Ordinance to redd 1000 feet, main entrance to main entrance. Carried. Mr. Speiser, reported that some work has to be cone on the skating rink next to Luther's Sport Shop. Potion by Heckenlieblev. second. by Speiser, Council Oz's the Planning Board and the residents of Lakeview Addition to have a. hearing on the covenant of the Lakeview Addition. Carried. IIIEmily Rehbein., treasurer, reports General Fund $2,391.66 Civil Defense 1,098.95 Debt Redemption 4,231.99 Gopher Fund 454.52 balance to be $9,728.12. Application for r'On Saleti Liquor license for Hank Rosengren was approved. On a motion by Yelling, second by Speiser, Clerk is to give license to Hank Rosengren upon receipt of license fee, bond and Insurance Policy. Carried. Motion by Yelling, second Backlin, to nay the bill from Ray Sinna. for Seal Coating of Lakeview Addition. Carried. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to raise the sitUry of the Mayor to $500.00, and also that of the Trustee's to $450.00, to be put on the ballot fora vote. Clerk Minutes approved. on November 11, 1963 Meeting of the Council of Lino Lekes on November 11, 1963 Members present es follows: Mayor Yelling; Trustee's Becklin, Speiser, Heckenl,ieble, and Clerk Hauer. Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on e motion by Becklin, second by Speiser, they be accepted. es read. Carried. Motion by Speiser, second by Yelling, to grant a bingo permit to St. Joseph's Church for December 17, 1963. Carried. Mr. Becklin, reports the truck is being equipped for plows, Flso checked on the Merchen Lone road with the Village Engineer and Mr. Iiusnik end estimated the cost to repair would be a,bout$1,700. Also checked with Circle Pines Utilities about the gas valve covers in the streets. Mr. Backlin, recommended_ that we purchase 4 or 5 tables from Richard Lichtscheidl et $6.00 each.
