431.1 Motion by Yellin;, second. by Heckenliable, to add $300.00 to the Budget, for District
+2. Carried.
Application for On Sale" Liquor license for Hank Rosengren was approved. On a. motion by
Telling, second by Speiser, Clerk is to give license to Bank Rosengren upon receipt of license
fee, bond and Insurance policy. Carried.
Motion by Yelling, second Backlin, to pay the bill from Ray Sinna. for Seal Coating of
Lakeview Addition. Carried.
Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to raise the Wary of the Mayor to $500.00, end also
that of the Trustee's to $450.00, to be put on the ballot for a vote. Neckenlieble, No. All
the rest in favor. Carried.

Members present Fs follows: Mayor Yelling; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenlieble, and
C1Frk Heuer.
Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on a motion by Becklin, second. by Speiser,
they be accented as read. Carried.
Motion by Speiser, second by Yelling, to grant a bingo permit to St. Joseph's Church
for December 17, 1963. Carried.
Mr. Backlin, reports the truck is being equipped for plows, also checked on the Mershon
Lane road with the Village Engineer and Mr. Husnik and estimated the cost to repair
would be about$1,700. Also checked with Circle Pines Utilities about the gas valve
covers in the streets. Mr. Backlin, recommended that we purchase 4 or 5 tables from
Richard Lichtscheidl at $6.00 each.
Motion by Backlin, second by Yelling, to buy un to 5 tables from Richard Lichtscheidl

for the new Meeting Hell. Carried.
5otion by Becklin, second by Speiser, to buy the present full tank of fuel oil
from Mr. Ludwig and stay on the keep fill basis. CFrried-
Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to install a.. street light et the Ludwig
building. Carried.
Motion by Backlin, second by felling, that the Engineer should be contacted before
tny pipeline's be installed in the Tillege. Cerried.
Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenlieble, that Attorney Babcock should send e
certified lettcr to the Circle Pines Utilities concerning the gs line. Cerried.
Motion by felling, second by Nekkenlialle, to permit the moving of the "Off Sale
Licuor" license for Louis LeTendre from 6011 Hodgson to 6013 Hodgson Road. Cerried.
Mr. Speiser, renorts, the Skating Rink et the Perk near Luther LeYesseur's, needs work
end en oil burner is needed for the warming house.
Motion by felling second by ffeckenliable, that Mr. Speiser, be authorized to level
off the Skating Rink and to purchase an oil stove. Carried.

Mr. Heckenlieble, reports, that Mr. Smith could not appear as he was hunting.
Meeting on covenants will be set et the next Planning Meeting on November 20, 1963.
Mr. Hoffman, 8009 Lake Drive, wented permission for e Special Use Permit for e
"Used Auto Parts".
Motion by felling, second by Heckenlieble, that the netition for the Special Use
Permit to referred to the Planning Boerd. Carried. Erving Anderson, 787 rain
Street, Circle Pines, opposed the issuance of e Special Use Permit.
Motion by Speiser, second by Becklin, to buy 10 chairs for the new Meeting Fall.
Carried.
Potion by Becklin, second by Speiser, to move into the new Meeting Yell for the next
louncil Meeting end the election. Cerried.
Motion by felling, second by Speiser, for the Clerk to place e notice in the
Circulating Pines ,:eek1 y'. until the election. Cerried.
County Commissioner, Al Ross, notified the Council that the tax levy will be the
same as last year.

Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on November 26, 1963
Members present as follows: Mayoe Telling; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable,
and Clerk Hauer.
Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on a motion by Speiser, second by
Backlin, they be accepted as read. Carried.
Reverend Father Schnitzius of the St. Joseph Parish gave an opening address in
reference to our late President Eennedy.
Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliable, to grant Bingo Permit to St. Joseph's
church for the coming year 1964. Carried.
Mr. Backlin, reports, the need for lights at the Yew Yilla;e Pall.
Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to have a light installed ever the back exit
and to have the furnace ch_ee ed. Carried.
Motion by Backlin, second by Telling;, th<t the Villeg;e Engineer check on the road
between the Joe ammer Dro_.erty and the Tillage Park. Carried.
Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, that Mr. Backlin, purchase up to $50.00 of
Calcium Chloride to mix with the sand for sanding the streets. Carried.

cha.se some tools for Village needs. Carried.
Mr. Heckenlieble, reports that the next Planning, meeting is scheduled for December 4,
1963, Mr. Smith did not appear.
Motion by Heckenliable, second by Telling, that Mr. Smith is to appear before the
Council and explain his intentions on Lot #11. Carried.
Mr. Heckenliable, also reports that a notice is to be published in the Legal newspaper
(Box Ad) until December 18, 1963, concerning the covenant on Lakeview Addition.
Motion by Heckenliable, second by Lelling, a revision to Liquor Ordinance #31 -- the
six months waiting period before license application can be made be dropped and instead
to be referred to the Council and be given a 30 day waiting period before action can
be taken. Carried.
Mr: Hoffman's petition was referred to Planning and Zoning for a, hearing on December
4, 1963, at 8:00 p.M•
