Minutes of the preceding meeting; were reed and on motion by Speiser, second. by
Becklin, mimic they be accepted as read. Carried.

Mr. Speiser, reports that one skating rink is ^otbng good and the other is expected
to be soon.
Mr. geCkenlia.ble, reports on the Planning meeting.
Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to transfer the funds from the Street Immrove-
ment +2 to Road & Bridge. Carried.
Henry Rosengren, presented the Mayor with P Polaroid. Camera in appreciation of the
work he c'id during his term of office.
Al Ross, prsented tint Mayor Yellin; with e placue.
Al Kodiak, gave a speech on the Mayor in goverment.
Treasurer reports the Balance to be $13,961.67

Motion by Speiser, second by gelling, to Transfer $1,750.00 from the General Fund
to Parks & Playgrounds. Carried.

Members present ass follows: Mayor Domning;; Trustee's Backlin, fteckenliable, and Clerk
Hauer. Speiser, absent.
Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and one motion by the Mayor they be approved.
Carried.

Motion by Backlin, second by Meckenliable, to have two more heating registers installed
in the Pillage Hall by the same people that installed the others. Carried.
Motion by Backlin, second by leckenliable, to buy and install two door closers et the
warming house. Carried.
Mr. Neckenliable, reports that there will be a Planning; meeting on January Zs, 1964, and
a Special Meeting with the Engineer on January 31, 1964.
Building; Inspector is to check on a complaint at xoffman's Salvage.
