Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenlia'ble, to have two ;-:ore hr &ting registers installed
in the Village Hall by the same people that installed the others. Carried.
Motion by Backlin, second by leckenliable, to buy and install two door closers at the
warming house. Carried.
Mr. Heckenliable, reports that there will be a Planning meeting on January 4, 1964, and
a Special Meeting with the Engineer on January 31, 1964.
Building; Inspector is to check on a complaint at Hoffma.n's Salvage.

in the Pillage Hall. Carried,

John Juleen, reports that the Civil Defense donated six benches to the Village Parks.
Clerk Heuer, is to contact the libcal newspapers for bids on price and circulation, by
the next meeting.

The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on motion by Becklin, and second.
by Speiser, they be accepted as read.. Carried.
I.r. Bas l n, reports that one reLister was installed in the Village Hall and one
door closer was installed in the warming house in the Perk. He also stated that the
council should negociate with the Youth Center on Police work. The Civil Defense
men are riding with the Police.
Motion by Becklin, second. by Speiser, to install a front window in the Utitity truck
and to also install e window in the left door of the Dump truck. Carried.
Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to overhaul the tractor and the hydraulic pump
this winter. Carried.
Motion by Backlin, second by Soeiser, to install radio's from the police car to the
Viallage trucks. Crried.

former Mayor Yelling, and Mr. Le\esseur, 'or helping with the P rk ectitrities while
he was sick.
Mr. Yellin;, suggested a contest to name the two Ville-e Perks. It was approved by
the Council. On a motion by Speiser, and seconded by B cklin.
The meeting of the Park Board is to be held the lest Thursday of the month.

instead of five men on the Planning Board. Carried.
Motion by leckeniieble, second by Speiser, A $10.00 deposit is required before the
building inspector wi 11 inspect>sny building moved into the Village. '..
Also to amend the mouse Moving Ordinance #30 to read the same as the nreceding motion,
Carried.
