'.Embers present as follows: Ma:/or Lomzing; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Reckenliaele,
and Clerk Hauer.
The minutes of the Preceding meeting were read and on motion by Backlin, and second.
by Speiser, they be accepted es read. Carried.
Mr. Pace -lin, reports that one register was installed in the Village Hall and one
door closer was installed in the werrinfl house in the Park. He also stater' that the
council sho.xld negotiate with the Youth Center on Police work. The Civil Defense
men are riding with the Police.
Motion by Backlin. second by Speiser, to install P front window in the Utitity truck
an:' to also install a window in the left door of the Dump truck. Carried.
Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to overhaul the tractor and the hycl.reulic pump
this winter. Carried.
Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to install red.io's from the police car to the
Vialla;ge trucks. C rried.
Mr. Sneieer, extended his thanks to Yr. :ecklin, Mrs. Billibk, Mr. Gunderson, the
former Mayor Yellin47, and. Mr. LeVesseur, or helping with the P, rk actitrities while
he was sick.
Mr. Yelling, suggested e contest to name the two Ville-e Perks. It was annroved by
the Council. On a motion by Speiser, and seconded by Backlin.
The meeting of the Park Board is to be held the last Thursday of the month.
The elected officers for the Park Poard ate; Arnold Yelling; C.eirman, Mrs. Yellin;
IT-144?-tram, John Juleen; SSecretery.

Motion by :fecken_irble., second by Speiser, to amend Ordinance +6, to reed seven men
instead of five men on the Planning Poard. Carried.
Motion by Heckenlieble, second by Speiser, A 1;10.00 ceposit is required before the
building inspector wi 11 inspectary building moved into the Village. '
Also to amend the -ouse Moving; Ordinance #30 to read the same as the -preceding motion,
Carried.
Motion by ieckenlieble, second by Speiser, to add rank Rosengren, Floyd Miller
end. Jim Shearer to the Planning Board. Carried. Election Of Officers at the net
meeting; on Tebrue.ry 19, 1964.

The following appointments were made by the council for the year 1964:
1. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, Heckenliable be acting Mayor, !ekkenIia'o1e
abstained, all the rest in favor.
2. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, the Circulating; Pines be named the
official newspaper. Hekkenliable,a.nd Heuer No, Ca rried.
3. Motion by Heuer, second by Domning, that Heckenli -ble end. Speiser, be named
Health Officers. Cerried.
L. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, that Ed Houle be named Weed. Inspector.
Cerried.
Clerk Heuer is to contact the Northwestern Bell Telephone Co. to install a 4 party
phone in the Village Hall.
Motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, the Parks & Playground Board will remain the
same as last gear. Carried.
Motion by Eacklin, second by Speiser, to ..)ublish a notice in the newspaper for a Special
Meeting to be held on Friday 3anuery 31, 1764, at 7:30. Carried.
Motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, to pay all contract by the first of the month.
Carried.
Mayor Domning, reports proposals for new year plans for effidiency and presented e plan
for bringing new business into the Tillage.
