Mr. Juleen, reported on the District #2 Meeting and that the District wants signed m contract with Lino Lakes returned and assessed funds. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to give Lexington Tillage ke permission to paint Lino Lakes on one bf the trucks. Carried. Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenliable, authorizing engineers to contact sewer planners on costs for west half of Tillage ( between #8 and Sunset) and for just the southern part of west half (Lakeview). Carried. Clerk Minutes approved March 23, 1964 Meetingo of the Council of Lino Lakes on March 23, 1964 Members present as follows: Mayor Downing V Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable and Clerk Hauer. The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, they be accepted as read. Carried. Permit for Bingo by the Boy Scouts at Lino Lakes Elementary School was approved for April 11, 1964, on a motion by Speiser, and seconded by Baeklin, Carried. The Attorney will contact a Doctor for the Tillage Health Officer. The rezoning and Special Use Permit of William Wonderlich, was reffered to the Planning Board for a Hearing on April 15, 1964. Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, to amend Section 4 of Ordinance #6 and the adoption of the resolution. Carried. Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, to have copies printed of all the Ordinances for the Planning Board and the Public, and have them available in. the Tillage Hall. Carrie Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, to dispense with the second Building Inspector Carried. Motion by Backlin, seocnd by Speiser, to have Tillag4 Engineer check property lines on Sunrise Avenue. Carried. Clerk to write a letter authorizing Ed Houle, Rt. #1, Hugo, Minnesota, as Weed Inspector for the Tillage. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to authorise Ed Houle, to purchase 15 gallons of 2 -4 -d and 15 gallons of 2 -5 -t. Carried. The Weed Sprayer is being painted. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to have Village Engineer draw up the papers for letting of Bids for gravel for the ;;car 1964. Carried. The bids will be open on the second :meeting in April. Engineer is to check on the costs C of oiling the streets in the Tillage. Mr. Speiser, asked about removing the snow fences and will take down the snow fences at the park. The Parks & Playgrounds meeting will be held next week. Roberti Raymond, reported on the shooting of deer in the Tillage. And he is also working on the violations of the Dog Ordinance. He reported that he had traveled 1350 miles ka last month. Don Paul and Jesse Heller, appeared and discussed their position on the private road in question. Clerk Minutes approved April 13, 1964 Meeting of the Council Bf Lino Lakes on April 13, 1964 Members present as follows: Mayor Downing; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable, and Clrk Hauer. 1 1 Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, they were accepted as read. Carried. Motion by Backlin, second. by Speiser, Northwestern Bell Telephone Company clarify their request. Carried. Mr. Backlin, reported he has checked on various front end loaders. That Mr. Hoffman donated a generator and voltage regulator to be used on Tillage equipment. This was greatly appreciated. Cllumbus Township has purchesed a gopher machine. He Has checked with the Tillage Engineers about running sewers and watek under the new Freeway and also proposed roadways in the Tillage. He also reported that the Engineers have checked on Sunrise Ave. and staked it. He had talked to Ross about the overpass or underpass on 80th and the Freeway. Mr. Heckenliable, reported that the posting for the hearing on the Dog Kennel is completed and the Planning Board has sdhueled the Hering for April 15, 1964. The Hearing before the Council to be held April 27, 1964. He will check with the Planning Board on the Kennel Ordinance and the !railer Ordinance. Mr. Bloomquist, appeared before the louncil to report on the unsanitary condition a.t the EH499 Club and Grocery Stroe. The Building Inspector and Constable are to check on this matter.
