Clerk Minutes approved April 13, 1064 Meeting of the Council df Lino Lakes on April 13, 1964 Members present as follows; Mayor Downing; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable, and Clek Hauer. 1 1 Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, they were accepted as read. Carried. Motion by Backlin, second. by Speiser, Northwestern Bell Telephone Company clarify their request. Carried. Mr. Backlin, reported he has checked on various front end loaders. That Mr. Hoffman donated a generator and voltage regulator to be used on Tillage equipment. This was greatly appreciated. Chlumbus Township has purchased a gopher machine. He Has checked with the Tillage Engineers about running sewers and water under the new Freeway and also proposed roadways in the Tillage. He also reported that the Engineers have checked on Sunrise Ave. and staked it. He had talked to Ross about the overpass or underpass on 80th and the Freeway. Mr. Heckenliable, reported that the posting for the hearing on the Dog Kennel is completed and the Planning Board has sdhueled the Haring for April 15, 1964. The Hearing before the Council to be held April 27, 1964. He will check with the Planning Board on the Kennel Ordinance and the !railer Ordinance. Mr. Bloom4uist, appeared before the Bouncil to report on the unsanitary condition att III the 1149' Club and Grocery Stroe. The Building Inspector and Constable are 6o check on this matter. Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, that we publish in the Circulatin Pine c about our Spic and Span Program. Clerk Hauer. The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, they were accepted as read. Carried. Hearing for Rezoning was held. Attorney Locher, read laws pertainging to rezoning. Motion by Heckenliable, second by Backlin, to adjourn the hearing until May 25, 1964. Carried. Gravel Bids were opened. One bid was received, that of Richard Schuh for 3,000 cukic yards #1 $5,250.00, #2 $4,350.00, Pit Run $3,300.00, also a check of $262.50. Engineer approves the bid. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to accept the bid from Schuh. Carried. Board of Equalization will meet Tuesday the 23rd day of June at 7:X pm. Mr. Backlin, reports about crossing the Freeway with duct for sewage and so forth. Engineer will give cost of duct. The cost for seal coat on Ware Redd for about 14 miles of $850.00.
