Clerk Minutes approved June 22, 1964 Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on June 22, 1964 Members present as follows: Mayor Domning; Trustee1s Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable, and Clerk Hauer. . Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on a motion by Heckenliable, second by ; Speiser, they were accepted as read. Carriid. Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliable, to approve the license application of the following: On & Off Sale 3.2 for Gilbert St. Sauver, On & Off Sale 3.2 with dancing and set ups for Richard Le Tendre, and Off Sale Liiuor for Edward Cegia. Carried. The Board of Review will meet at the Village Hall on June 23, 1964 at 7 :30 PM. Turn the Map from the Northwestern Jw. Telephone Co. over to the Engineer and send a note that this is referred to the Engineer and not to bury the cable until we have been notified. The Attorney, asked if the urrent insurance was adequate. Mr. Backlin, reports that the road work is coming along fine and that they have graveled Holly and. ware Roads. Motion by Backlin, second by Downing, that the Engineer is to work with the men grading and also put up a stop sign on 4th Avenue. Carried. Motion by Backlin, second. by Speiser, that Mr. Backlin, is to work with the Engineer to draft a letter to send to Washington D. C. about a service road from Otter Lake Road to gravel pit on the Kest side of 35 East. Carried. Mr. Speiser, reports that John Peterson hauled 10 loads of clay to ball park. We still need about 5 or 6 loads of gravel for the drive. Also that the Clerk should run and ad in the newspaper for the cutting of lots in Lakeview Addition. He also reported that they need a pump for the park. The Park Board Meeting will be held on June 23, 1964. Motion by Baeklin, second by Speiser, to get paint from John Juleen and paint the garbage barrels at the Pakk. Carried. Mr. Heckenliable, reported that he participated in the ground breaking of the Bank in Lexington and also that he had attended the Chamber of Commerce Meeting in Circle Lex. The Council will rpovide one map of the rezonning for the Hall and one of the them for the Planning Board. Motion by Hedkenliable, second by Domning, to have the Engineer get maps of the Pillage for the Planning Board and the Council use. Carrid. Motion by Heckenliable, second. by Backlin, to have the Attorney and the Engineer draw up an Ordinance on Trailer Homes. Carried. ti Motion by Domning, second by Heckenliable, to ask the Highway Dept. to reduce the Speed limits in the Village to 50 miles per hour. Carried. Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliable, to approve the Off Sale 3cinmLiquor application from Hank Rosengren and also his On & Off Sale 3.2 license. Carried. Clerk Minutes approved July 13, 1964 Meeting of the Board of Equalisation oxI June 23, 1964 1 It was the concensus of theCouncil to have the property on Sunrise Avenue across from the Commercial property of Blaine checked, and if it is depreciated, then a set per cent of depreciation of values figured. Motion by Heckenliable, second by Backlin, to raise the Liability Insurance. Carried. Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliable, that the amount of the On Sale Liquor license, can be made in two (2) payments) Carried. Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliable, to approve the following applications: III On & Off Sale with dancing for Richard Lichtscheidl at the Silver Top Barn, On & Off Sale 3.2 for Cliff Ross, On & Off Sale 3.2 for Hank & Cy. Carried.
