Motion by Heckenliable, second by Becklin, to raise the Liability Insurance. Carried. Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliable, that the amount of the On Sale Liquor license, can be made in two (2) payments) Carried. Clerk Minutes approved July 13, 1964 Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on July 13, 1964 Members present as follows: Mayor Downing; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable, and Clerk Hauer. Minutes ofthe preceding meeting were read and on a motion by Speiser, and seconded by Backlin, they were accepted as read. Carried. The Planning Board Meeting is to be held on July 15, 1964. Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenliable, to send a letter to the Engineer concerning 35 E. Carri &. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to O.E. Bell Telephone Company to bury the cable on North Road and Sunset. Carried. Mr. Speiser, reports, that he asked the Building Inspector aout the fee for remodeling on a farm. He also stated that the grass has been cut at the Pakkks and that the gravel has been but on the road. Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliable, to give permission to sell beer at the Civil Defense Auction on July 19, 1964. Carried. Mr. Heckenliable, had 500 copies of 3 Ordinances printed, and had check& on various metal file Cabintts for the Tillage use. Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, to purchase a metal cabinet from Sears for about $25.00. Carried. Motion by Heckenliable, second by Domning, that the Trailer Ordinance read 500 sad ft, or 2 4 of the total acreage be designated as a Park. Carried. Notion by Speiser, second by Backlin, to transfer from General Fund $500.00 to the Coon Rapids Bank, to pay bonds for Park. Carried.
