Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on a motion by Heckenliable, second III by Speiser, they were accepted as read. Carried. Motion by Hauer, second by Heckenliable, to approve the 3.2 beer license application, and also the cigarette license for Delores Peters. Carried. Mr. Clint Hatfield, discussed the possiblity of maintaining the water level on Rice Lake by dumping rock or sand bags, under the bridge on Highway 49. Motion by Domning, second by Speiser, to grant bingo and the sale of Beer to St. Joseph's Church for One (1) year. Carried. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, for the Engineer to study the possibility of burying the Bell Telephone Cables. Carried. Walter Ranik, asked about a trailer home, he was asked to attend the Planning Board Meeting August 19, 1964, to get all the requirements. Mr. Backlin, reports that all the lots in Lakeview Addition have been cut. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to have the Engineer check on Seal Coat for Ware Rd. Carried. The Engineer is to send a Tillage Mao to Bell Telephone, to show exsisting cables and also to put new cables on the map. Mr. Speiser, reports that the Auction was held and it was a success. The Park Board Meeting is to be held July 30, 1964. The grass cutting has not been done, because of the hot weather and no rain. Mr. Heckenliable, discussed the last Planning Board Meeting. Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, they be accepted as read. Carried. Mr. Rudrodden, asked about an access road from his property to a highway. He was requested to get all the information pertaining to the area and present it to the council. All spplication's are to be mailed 30 day's prior to the due date. Mrs. Dick LeTendre, asked about a curfew law. Bell Telephone Co. to bury the cable on North Side of Aqua Lane. Carried. Mr. Backlin, reports Rondeau Lake road was graded. The road was rough due to dry gravel no clay and horses. Grade up Emil Rehbein's road and grade the banks into the canter to fill holes. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, for Engineer to chek on this road and obtain easemwnts. Carrie.
