Members present as follows: Mayor Domning; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable,
and Clekk Hauer.
Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on a motion by Heekenlia.ble, and a
second by Backlin, they were accepted as read. Carried.
Mrs. Loyola Thiligen, asked about some Village equipment, some questions about the
Village, also about the check for District #2.
A Meeting wes planned for District #2 with the 9 members participating.
Mr. Backlin, reports that they are waiting for Yorthen States Power to move poles then
they will proceed with the road work. Road West of Peltier Lake will have to be fixed.
Also are trying to move Road to be Straight and leave the present road for public
acess to the lake. He checked on Aqua Lane where Telephone Co. damaged the road and
asked the Attorney what could be done.
Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, for the Engineer to stake the road for gradding.
Carried.
Motion by Backlin, second by Domning, to have the Clek write a letter to the Telephone
Co. about restoring road to proper condition. Carried.
Mr. Hoffman, wants a street light on his property, but will have to install it himself.
Cheek on the light bill from the Catholic Church.
Mr. Speiser, ask about the pipe for the well. He reported that John Juleen, has
painted all the barrels for the parks. He stated that Bingo will be held on Thursday
night, also that they have the heater going at the park.
Mr. Heckenliable, asked about rezonning. Planning has a recommendation from Lawrence
and Tagg, for and Apartment Building.
Motion by Heckenliable, second by Domning, to set a hearing for a Special Use Permit
for an Apartment Building on Monday October 26, 1964, and 7:30 PM. Carried.
Motion by Domning, second by Speiser, to accept bhe proposed budget for 1965. Carried.
Mr. Locher, explained the Municipal Court System and will know more about this at the
next meeting.

Hall. Carried.
The Clrk was asked to insert an ad in the Legal Paper for fuel oil bids.

Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on October 26, 1964
Members present as follows: Mayorpomning; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable,

The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on motion by Backlin, and second
by Heckenliable, they were accepted as read. Carried.
Mr. Locher, read the agreement on Municipal Court.
Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, To adopt a Municipal Court System. Carried.
Motion by Hauer, second by Speiser, to approve the application for On & Off Sale 3.2
with Dancing and Set Ups, and Cigarettes for Ralph Nathe. Carried.
Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to have the Engineer with Mr. Backlin, check
on the road on Peltier Lake. Carried.
Motion by Backlin, second by Downing, to authorize Mr. Badklin, to get culverts on
4th Ave. and Pine, installed. Carried.
Mr. Speiser, reports the swings were installed. Also that everyone should play Bingo
Thursday night from 8:00 to 10:00 PM at the 49 Club.
Mr. Heckenliable, reported that no one appeared for the Hearing for the Special Use txxxxs
Permit of Lawrence and Tagg. The Planning Board Meeting will be held Nov. 18, 1964.
Motion by Hedkenliable, second by Domning, to advertize for a Municipal Judge for
the Election on November 18, 1964, as a write -in Candidate. Ca.rrid.,
