Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on October 26, 1964
Members present as follows: MayorDomning; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable,
and Clerk Hauer.
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on motion by Backlin, and second
by Heckenliable, they were accepted as read. Carried.

Mr. Locher, read the agreement on Municipal Court.
Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, To adopt a Municipal Court System. Carried.
Motion by Hauer, second by Speiser, to approve the application for On & Off Sale 3.2
with Dancing and Set Ups, and Cigarettes for Ralph Nathe. Carried.
Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to have the Engineer with Mr. Backlin, check
on the voad on Peltier Lake. Carried.
Motion by Backlin, second by Domning, to authorize Mr. Badklin, to get culverts on
4th Ave. and Pine, installed. Carried.
Mr. Speiser, reports the swings were installed. Also that everyone should play Bingo
Thursday night from 8:00 to 10:00 PM at the 49 Club.
Mr. Heckenliable, reported that no one appeared for the Hearing for the Special Use Imam
Permit of Lawrence and Tagg. The Planning Board Meeting will be held Nov. 18, 1964.
Motion by Hedkenliable, second. by Domning, to advertize for a Municipal Judge for
the Election on November 18, 1964, as a write -in Candidate. Carrid.e.

Meeting of the Council for Lino Lakes on November 9, 1964
Members present as follows: Mayor Downing; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable
and Clerk Hauer.
Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on a motion by Heckenliable, second by
Backlin, they were accepted as read. Carried.
The Bids for fuel oil will be open January 1, 1965.
Motion by Heckenliable, second by Backlin, to post and publish the resolution on
rezoning for Circle -Lex. Carried.
Mr. Baeklin, reports that Ware Road is completed, and that we are mixing our oz:r
=.�ca c at ic mixture for removing snow. He also check;-=' on rajlos for Civil Defense
and that the work is being done on Rehbein Road.
Mr. Heckenliable, reports that the Lawrence and Tegg hearing is set for November 18,
1964. Man from the Conservation will attend. An application was received %xac

from Mr. Erving Henriksen, for a Trailer Park.
Motion by Heckenliable, second by Hauer, to set a Hearing for a Special Use Permit
and rezoning for Irving Henriksen. Backlin-No, Carried.
Motion by Heckenliable, second by Backlin, for Mr. gelling to purchase a blackboard
for the Council Use. Carried.
