SPECIAL meeting on November 2, 1965 called to order at 7:00 p.m. by
Mayor Domning. All members present with Mr. Reardon representing the
auditing firm, and here to set up the budget for 1966. The summary of
that budget is as follows:

During the discussion on the budget it was moved by Ross that $3,000
be transferred out of Debt redemption fund plus $800 also to be returned
to Roads and Bridges fund from dept redemption to clear out temporary
transfers previously made. (See recommendation of Auditor, last para-
graph on page 14 and first paragraph on page 15 of the Final 1963 audit
report). Second was by Speiser, motion carried.
After completion of the audit, it was moved by Speiser that we accept
the budget as it has just been figured for 1966. Second by Ross.
Motion carried.
