Mayor Ross was absent due to another committment. The Clerk read the election results, For Mayor: For Trustee: For Constable: William I. Bohjanen Lyle Carpenter Ralph M. L'Allier Andrew Cardinal Clifford Ross Joseph 0. Michaud Elwood West Sunday Liquor Question: For Against which are as follows: 168 votes 74 votes 384 votes 402 votes 218 votes 151 votes 464 votes 411 votes 211 votes (declared elected Mayor) (declared elected Trustee) (declared elected Constable) (declared approved) Mr. Rosengren made a motion to accept the results as read by the Clerk. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Motion carried. Mr. George Loss asked about the possibility of moving a 10 -unit motel from Rice St. and County Road B into the Village. The Council asked Mr. Loss to check on this matter with the P&Z Board. Motion made by Mr. Bohjanen to adjourn at 8:15 PM. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried.
