Some
of these goals will be outlined this morning and the City Council
is looking for input from everyone on each of these matters.
Mayor Reinert further noted that Lino Lakes is a "melting pot" of
citizens with different expectations of what local government
should be. It is the responsibility of the City Council to meet
these expectations within the confines of the budget.
Mr. Schumacher outlined the program and explained how the meeting
should proceed. He explained that the staff presentations are
all issues that were discussed at the City Council goal setting
meeting early in January, 1993. Input from each board or
PAGE 1
