Staff members present: Finance Director, Mary Vaske; City Administrator, Randy
Schumacher and Clerk -Treasurer Marilyn Anderson.
The purpose of the meeting was to review the 1998 General Fund Budget.
Ms. Vaske noted that a preliminary budget and a preliminary levy w

Mr. Schumacher noted that Anoka Count wi erty values a total of 5%

Ms. Vaske presen ) revised resolutions to correct the 1998 General Fund Budget
and the 1997 Tax vy, Collectable in 1998. Council Member Kuether moved to adopt
Resolution No. 97 - 116A as presented. Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion.
Motion carried unanimously.
Council Member Bergeson moved to adopt Resolution No. 97 - 117A as presented.
Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
Resolution Nos. 97 - 116A and 97 - 117A can be found attached to these minutes.
Mr. Schumacher explained that the City received the State's revised figures for the 1998
levy limit and state aid. The 1998 Budget will be updated using the revised figures.
Council Member Kuether asked if she could be covered under the City's health insurance
program. Ms. Vaske explained that she could.
