The purpose of the meeting was to interview candidates for positions on the
Environmental Board and Planning and Zoning Board. It is the consensus of the City
Council to complete the appointment process and have board and •�; ittee
appointments completed so that the new members can take their pos:ins effective
March 1, 1999.
