CANVASS OF ELECTION BOARD NOVEMBER 3,1999

MINUTES

MEMBERS PRESENT : Council Members Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden
Neal, and Mayor Sullivan
MEMBERS ABSENT : None
Staff members present: City Administrator, Linda Waite Smith; City Clerk, Ry-Chel
Gaustad; and Clerk Treasurer Marilyn Anderson
Mayor Sullivan called the meeting to order at 5:17 p.m.
CANVASS ELECTION
Staff distributed a Summary of General Election noting the Fi ust be
adopted and signed by each Council Member. Staff review s the election.
Staff noted the voting process was very smooth an r le curred. Staff also
noted the St. Paul Pioneer Press made an erro ing the election results.

There being no further business to discuss, Council Member Bergeson moved to adjourn
at 5:27 p.m. Council Member Lyden seconded the motion. Motio carried unanimously.
