PUBLIC COMMENTS
Mayor Bergeson read into the record a letter from Ms. Shirley D. Thompson protesting
the increase in her property's valuation and her total tax bill. The City Council directed
Ms. Waite Smith and Mr. Rolek to respond to Ms. Thompson in writing on their behalf.
There being no further public comments, the Truth in Taxation hearing was closed at
6:15 p.m.
These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting
held on January 22, 2001.
