YMCA needs to know if more dollars will need to be raised to pay for the additional acreage. Mr. Molin has suggested moving the loading area and having the gantry system loading so forklifts are not used as much. He suggested staff work with Molin and bring Council a revised resolution to include language relating to that issue. He noted it is hard to address the other noise issue when it has not been identified. Staff does believe the new building will reduce some noise on the site and = conditions of approval will also help reduce the noise. The solution is modifications to the equipment and hours and areas of operation have to be limited. Councilmember Reinert stated the nighttime rules are being violated. The shuttle are too noisy and the City has to concentrate on that. Councilmember O'Donnell inquired about the impact of the moratorium o Village. Councilmember Reinert asked if there is another way to accomplish what to accomplish without a moratorium. Councilmember Carlson stated she has heard that residents are not getting because they do not feel that their concerns are being taken seriously and th being too strict about their guidelines for the roadway.
